One of our most popular amenities at Nineteen North is that we are a pet friendly community. We know your pets contribute to your overall happiness and well-being, and we’re happy to welcome them. We do have a pet policy in place and all pets are subject to management approval.

- Maximum two pets per home
- No weight limit
- Non-refundable fee: $250
- Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet
- Breed restrictions (no full or mix of the following): Akita, Chow, Doberman, Hybrid wolf, Pit bull/Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler
Our park-like setting is a perfect place to walk your dog. For your convenience, doggie stations are located throughout the property. For local bark parks, try North Park and Hartwood Acres County Dog Park where your pet can socialize and exercise. When it’s time to pick up supplies or drop off your pet for a haircut, PetSmart, Petco, and Burton’s Total Pet are all nearby.
